The global view of projects

This article will deal with the management of Tuleap projects at the level of the administration of the Tuleap platform.

The "All projects" tab

List of projects with their names, types, statuses, and access levels displayed.

In this menu, you can find all the projects saved by the system.

On the left, the search module allows you to either search for the precise name of the project if you know it, or filter projects according to their status.

For each event, the following information is presented:

  • Project Name

  • Unix Group Name

  • Project Type: This is a Project Template, i.e. it can be used as a template for other projects, or it is a simple project.

  • Number of project members

  • Status : Active, System, Pending, Suspended, Deleted

  • Project access: public or private

If you want to go directly to the dashboard or admin menu for a specific project, simply click this button: User interface elements with dropdown menu and navigation icons for selection options.

When you want to access the project details, click theDetails section highlighting key information for user reference and navigation.button.  

You will be taken to an administration interface where you can access project information.

Project details including name, status, type, and access information displayed on the interface.

From here, you can access and edit several pieces of information about the selected project.

  • The details of the project (name of the unix group, its status and the type of project)

  • The rules of accessibility to the project (private or public)

  • The instruction email sent to the project administrators

You can also access the list of project members.

When a document is deleted by a user in a project, it can be found in the "Pending Deleted Docs" tab. There, if the deadline has not yet passed, it is possible to restore it.
