Limitation of Liability
ENALEAN cannot be held liable in the event of contamination of users’ computer equipment resulting from the spread of a virus or other computer infections.
It is recalled that fraudulently accessing or remaining in a computer system, disrupting or falsifying its functioning, or introducing or modifying data on the Site fraudulently constitutes an offense punishable by criminal penalties.
Personal Data Protection
ENALEAN undertakes to respect users’ privacy and the confidentiality of their personal data when browsing the Site, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Languages
The original version of these Terms of Use was drafted in French. Therefore, the French version shall be considered the official version. In the event of any dispute concerning these Terms of Use and a translated version, the French version shall prevail over any other version.
Modifications
ENALEAN reserves the right to modify or update these legal notices at any time and without prior notice. Consequently, users are advised to consult them regularly.
Applicable Law – Competent Jurisdictions
By accessing the Site, the user is informed that French law applies.
Failing an amicable settlement, any dispute relating to the validity, interpretation or execution of these Terms of Use shall fall under the jurisdiction of the French courts, the competent court being determined according to the procedural rules in force in France at the time of the dispute.
