Structure Import / Export
It is possible to export the structure of a Tracker, i.e. the configuration of the Tracker, and then re-import it to another platform or to another project. The main advantage of this option is to be able to share a configuration or prepare it in another environment before importing it into your working environment.
To export the structure of a Tracker, you must go to the administration interface of the Tracker you wish to export and choose the "XML export of structure" option. You then get an XML file to download to your machine.
Once the XML file has been obtained, it can be used when creating a Tracker by choosing the "XML File" option in the "For advanced users" section of the Tracker creation screen.
The Tracker thus created will take up the imported configuration, i.e. fields, values, semantics, workflow etc...
Import / Export of artifacts
It is also possible to export artifact content in CSV format, either to rework them in a third-party system, or to re-import them on another platform.
To do this, in a Tracker report, you have to click on the button 
Two choices are then offered:
Export the columns in the report.
Export all columns, i.e. all the contents of the artifact
This results in a CSV file that can be re-imported into the administration of a Tracker.
