All users

This section contains a directory of all users on your platform.

On the left, the search bar allows you to search for one or more users by their email address, name or ID.

You can also filter the list of users by their status:

• Any: no status selected for the search.

• Active: users who are active on the platform, i.e. who can log in and access their account and projects.

• Restricted: like active users whose access rights are limited, these users cannot access the pages of projects of which they are not members. This special role is only enabled on Tuleap servers in heterogeneous environments where company users and external consultants share the same server.

• Deleted: these users no longer have access to their account. They will no longer be able to log in to the platform using that account.

• Suspended: a suspended account is a user who can no longer log in to their account, but an administrator can change their account status back to “Active” to restore their access.

• Pending: these are accounts where users have requested access to the platform and are awaiting approval from an administrator of that platform.

• Validated: an administrator has verified the account, but it is not yet active as the user must click on the link in the verification email they received to activate it.

• Validated Restricted: the same status as ‘Validated’ as the account has been verified by an administrator, but as a ‘restricted user’.

On the right, you will find the list of users matching the selected filters:

• In the first column, the login under which they are registered.

• In the second column, the name under which they are registered.

• In the third column, the current status of their account.

• In the fourth column, the number of projects to which they have access.

• In the last column, access to the details of each user profile.

You can export the list in CSV format using the dedicated button.

User purging can be used in the scenario described for LDAP or for any authentication system. If an authentication method has been compromised (allowing a connection to be established when it should not have been), purging forces everyone to log in again in order to continue using Tuleap.

Account details

• Login: user account login.

• Real name: user’s first name and surname.

• Email.

• Password: allows you to change your account password.

• Purpose: this is the reason provided by the user during registration to explain why their account is being created.

More information

The public profile is the user profile containing the information accessible to platform users who are not administrators.

Access

This section contains the user’s login details and, where applicable, the name of the person who invited them to join the platform.

Current projects

This section lists all the Tuleap projects to which the user has been added.
