The Project Team widget allows you to quickly identify project administrators and access the complete list of project members with their contact details.
Installation note
This widget can only be used on the Project dashboard.
Content
The widget displays two pieces of information:
Member summary: displays the total number of users who are members of the project as well as a quick access button to the detailed list.
Administrators: specifically lists users with administration rights on the project. Each administrator is presented as a card including:
Their avatar and username.
A Manager badge (if applicable) to identify the project compliance guarantor.
Information
The project manager can be configured from the project administration interface.
View the project directory
By clicking the View members button present in the widget, you access the project directory page.
This page allows you to:
View all members: an exhaustive list (table) of users with access to the project.
Identify roles: the names of project administrators appear in bold to distinguish them from standard members.
Contact members: the table provides user email addresses (as links), facilitating direct contact.
