The Pending users and projects widget allows administrators to monitor account and project creation requests requiring manual validation. It offers quick access to approval interfaces directly from the personal dashboard.
Installation note
This widget is usable only on the Personal dashboard and is visible only to users with administration rights.
Content
The widget displays a summary table with the following indicators:
Users in status P (pending): indicates the number of newly registered users waiting for validation. The link redirects to the pending users approval page.
If manual registration validation is enabled: counts only users with status 'P' (pending).
Otherwise: counts users with statuses 'P', 'V' (validated), or 'W' (waiting).
Validated users pending email activation: (Visible only if manual registration validation is enabled). Indicates the number of validated users (statuses 'V' or 'W') who have not yet activated their account via email. The link redirects to the validated users page.
Projects in status P (pending): indicates the number of new submitted projects waiting for validation. The link redirects to the project approval page.
Additional indicators: plugins can add extra entries via the
widget_myadminevent, allowing the displayed information to be extended according to the installed modules.
Information
For project administrators without access to the platform administration interface, only information concerning Projects in status P (pending) is displayed.
The counters feature a color code allowing the administrator to instantly see if an action is required:
Green: no pending requests (counter = 0)
Orange: pending requests requiring action (counter > 0)
