The Tuleap documents service provides statistics that allow you to track the usage and evolution of a project’s documents. These indicators help teams better understand document activity, identify the most used content, and manage documents over time.
Accessing statistics
To view statistics for the Documents module:
Go to the relevant project.
Open the Documents service.
Select the Statistics tab or menu (depending on the project configuration and your permissions) on a folder or for the entire Documents service.
Access to statistics depends on the permissions set for the project (see the dedicated article). Some users may have read-only access.
Types of available statistics
Statistics in the documents service can include, among others:
Types of items: shows all types of items present in your Tuleap project or in the folder, if applicable.
Number of items: displays the total number of items in your Tuleap project or in the folder, if applicable.
Depending on the Tuleap configuration and enabled extensions, some statistics may not be available.
