# Tuleap 16.2 (déc. 2024)

## @user mention in trackers

Users can notify each other in Tracker comments using the familiar `@username` mention in artifacts follow-up comments. Notifications will, of course, respect recipient access rights: if recipients cannot access the artifact, they will not be notified.

This is a one time notification. Unlike other tracker notifications (e.g., when you comment), mentioned users will not receive emails for subsequent ticket updates after the mention.

![Mention of a user in an artifact follow-up comment](https://www.tuleap.org/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/mention.png)*Quentin will get an email when the artifact is created*

This is the first step in updating how notifications are managed in Tuleap. The overall objective is to make Tuleap less chatty and reduce mailbox clutter. If you are interested, check out the [upcoming user stories](https://tuleap.net/artidoc/1630).

## Reorder sections in Artidoc

This feature is largely self-explanatory. This action is available in the Table of Contents and can be performed using either drag-and-drop or the arrows that appear at the end of the title line.

![The gif shows the drag'n drop of titles in table of contents reorders the document in real time.](https://www.tuleap.org/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/reoder.gif)*Reorder of sections of an Artidoc*

As with notifications, this is also a first step toward the Artidoc Structure. Artidoc Structure will include managing outlines (headings) and free text. You can explore the [corresponding epic](https://tuleap.net/artidoc/1646) and share your feedback in the [chat](https://chat.tuleap.org/).
